Parking is available for your car on a monoblock, slightly sloping area leading to a gate through which you have direct access into the property. There is an alternative flat area if required. The bedroom, bathroom and dining area are on ground level. There are no disabled facilities within the bathroom. There are no steps into nor within the property for guests to negotiate.
