Sylvern House is ideally situated just 50 yards from the North Cliff. It is close to both North and South Bay Scarborough's many attractions and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Enjoy a warm welcome and good home cooking when you stay with Vicki and Richard at Sylvern House. Recent refurbishments and enhanced facilities provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We have a selection of 2 single 4 double 1 twin and 2 family rooms. Room 2 and Room 6 are double rooms with plenty of space for a cot. Room 5 has twin beds and will also take a cot. Room 7 with a double and a single bed is ideal for a family of 3. Meanwhile Room 9 with a double bed and 2 single beds is for a family of 4. If required there is ample room for a fold up bed plus a cot for a larger family. Room 1 has a bathroom with electric shower over the bath and a w.c. All the other bedrooms have an en suite shower and w.c. Why not leave the strain and worry of shopping and cooking at home and join us and our guests to celebrate Christmas in style. The festivities begin on Christmas Eve with drinks with your hosts Richard & Vicki. Evening Meal is followed by "Play Your Cards Right" an ideal way for everyone to get to know each other. On Christmas Day start the celebrations with a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or chose 1 of the many lighter alternatives. Take a relaxing walk along the clifftop or stroll down the paths to the seafront or you could make a start on the Christmas quiz. Enjoy a traditional 4 course Christmas Lunch followed by coffee mints and fresh fruit. In the afternoon a chance to relax or maybe snooze.
