The Rowborough Hotel is a beautiful Victorian building. We are family run and provide bed, breakfast and evening meal if required. An ideal base for discovering the south coast of the island.
All rooms are en-suite with DVD players (films are free to hire) and 8Mb broadband. Our fully licensed bar is available at all times.

Blandings is set within a small group of farm buildings at Horringford Gardens just south of Arreton and was formerly the piggery and wainhouse where the farm carts were stored. Whilst keeping its rural character, Blandings offers every modern comfort. It also has its own wooden sun deck that on warm sunny days is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and plan the day ahead or relax with an evening sundowner. There is always plenty to do. Nowhere on the Isle of Wight is more than about half an hour's drive from Arreton which is near the middle of the Island, a few miles to the south of Newport, the main town on the Island. The cycle route from Cowes to Sandown (A23) runs through Arreton close to Blandings offering the perfect location for cyclists. Cycles and equipment are available for hire in the village and can be delivered to Blandings ready for your use. Surrounded by trees, in a delightful rural setting with pleasnat views of the surrounding downs and countryside, Blandings is registered with the local Island Tourist Board and the AA with a prestigious four diamond rating. We are also members of Wight Farm and Country Holidays. The accommodation is completely self contained with its own entrance. Special rates may apply for stays of 7 nights or more and Winter breaks. Ian, Christina and their family welcome you to the Mayfair Hotel. The hotel is family owned and run and we offer a friendly, relaxed and informal atmosphere.
The Mayfair occupies an unrivalled position with views across Sandown Bay to Culver Down and cliff.
The large, sea facing sun terrace and gardens, offer the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cool drink on a summer's day whilst watching the many ocean going liners pass by. On colder days, our comfortably furnished Lounge Bar offers panoramic views from behind the shelter of the picture windows.
- The Dining room is light, spacious, airy and comfortably seats 100 people.
