Holme Wold Cottage is a former workman's cottage located on our working arable farm.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed located in the dining room. We offer 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor with a shower room, dining room, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor.

There is a large garden, a secure shed with a washing machine and parking for 3 cars.  There is a garage for undercover parking.

The village of Holme on the Wolds is close to the historic market towns of Beverley and Driffield. Within easy reach of the beautiful East Yorkshire Coast including the towns of Bridlington and Scarborough, the historic City of York as well as the county's hidden gem the port city of Hull.

The area offers many opportunities for cycling and walking holidays being close to the famous Wolds Way and many other quiet roads and pathways.

The farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland where we are developing a nature trail and wildlife pond for our guests to enjoy. We welcome families and the children will enjoy looking at the animals. Walkers can walk from the door.

Broadgate Farm is in the East Riding of Yorkshire where the Yorkshire Wolds meets Holderness. This county is full of hidden tourist gems, there is so much to do here that you could stay for a month and do something different every day! Broadgate Farm is ideally located with all of the local attractions within easy reach. Unlike many UK holiday destinations there is just as much to do here whatever the weather or time of year.

Description:

The Radcliffe is a small private hotel located in Bridlington, 200 yards from the sea-front and 100 yards from the shops and bus station. Bridlington offers a good range of major stores and smaller shops and the resort has many bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.

Some of Bridlington's many attractions are the beautiful beaches, newly refurbished Bridlington Spa and the Bridlington Eye which is the first observation wheel of its kind to be located anywhere along the east coast of England and is a must see for stunning views stretching up to Flamborough Head, the Lighthouse and along the east coast. In addition is Sewerby Hall which houses beautiful gardens, tea rooms, zoo and a museum which displays regional history and the Yorkshire Showcase Gallery which has a varied exhibition programme of regional contemporary arts and crafts. Just a short distance away there is the Bempton Cliffs which is an established nature reserve, run by the RSPB, It is best known for its breeding seabirds, including Northern Gannet, Atlantic Puffin, Razorbill, Common Guillemot, Black-legged Kittiwake and Fulmar. Another popular attraction for bird watchers is Danes' Dyke which attracts many resident breeding and wintering birds.

Castle Howard, Fountains Abbey and many other historic places are nearby. There is also Flamingo Land, Cruckley Petting Farm, and lots more attractions for the kids.
